The Heartwood Gathering is located at the Ganaraska Forest Center near Port Hope, Ontario. There is no public transportation to the site so we have created a ride share board here for anyone looking to find or offer a ride.
This year at Heartwood Gathering we are offering a limited number of 50% scholarships to people who would like to attend the gathering, but are unable to attend at full price due to financial constraints. We are offering a conference pass and 2 nights camping at $125+HST. Applicants will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the site as well as their own camping equipment and food for the weekend. Indoor accommodations and meal plans are available at an additional cost. The application will be open until April 1st, 2017. At that time, applicants expressing the most financial need and reason/excitement for attending with gathering will be contacted and provided a coupon code to use for registration online. NOTE: We’ve made it possible for you to register for yourself and for your friends or family. Please check to make sure you are entering the same name for all “Attendee 1” ticket selections (meals, camping, etc.) and the next name consistent with “Attendee 2” ticket selections, etc. This way you ensure that the weekend or day pass correlates appropriately with the meal plans and camping or indoor accommodations.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy
If you need to change plans for any reason prior to June 1st, 2017, your registration fee minus a $50 administration fee is refundable. Refund requests must be in writing and received in our office by this date. Prior to July 10th 2017, you may transfer your registration to another participant’s name for a $40 administrative fee. Email your refund or transfer request to email@example.com, or write to 232681 Concession 2 WGR, Durham ON, N0G 1R0. After July 10th, 2017, there are no refunds or transfers available.
If for any reason the event is cancelled, all registered persons shall receive a full refund of all fees paid.
This shall be paid out not more than 30 days after written notification of cancellation.
Meals are SOLD OUT. Please be prepared with your own food. A dish-washing station will be set up for your use.
