2018 Weekend Itinerary

Friday, August 10th, 2018

4:00 – 5:00pm: Arrival/Registration

Settle into rooms, set up camp, orient yourself to the site, visit tea salon and vendors area, go for a hike on the Ganaraska Trails.

6:00 – 7:00pm: Dinner (for those with meal plan)

7:30 pm: Opening Ceremonies

8:30 pm: MID-SUMMER FAIR! Mingling, Wild Foods Competition, live music, entertainment, campfire, good times.

 

 

Saturday, August 11th, 2018

7:00 am: Early morning activities ~ yoga, meditation, song circle

Tea Salon Open (as well as between workshops) Stop in and relax while sampling a variety of locally made herbal teas

8:00 – 8:45am: Breakfast & Registration opens for day participants

9:00 – 10:45am: Workshop Session 1

11:00am – 12:15pm: Workshop Session 2

12:30 – 1:15pm: Lunch

1:30 – 3:00pm: Workshop Session  3

3:15 – 4:30pm: Workshop Session 4

4:30 – 6:00pm: Free Tyme Activities ~ Stop by and see a variety of interesting activites, do some ygoa, visit the vendors, go for a hike, take a nap, or take some quiet time to distill the learnings of the day

6:00 – 7:00pm: Dinner

7:30 pm: Key Note Speaker – Jan Longboat

8:30-11:00 pm: Saturday Night Feverfew!  Heartwood Famous Kava Chai, live music, dancing, campfire and celebrating with friends old and new. Featuring Dub Trinity.

Sunday, August 12th, 2018

7:00 am: Early morning activites ~ yoga, meditation

9:00 – 10:45am: Workshop Session 5

11:00 – 12:15pm: Workshop Session 6

12:30 – 1:30pm: Lunch

Last chance to visit vendors and tea salon

1:45 – 3:45pm: Workshop Session 7

4:00 – 4:30pm: Closing Circle
