We are happy to have Ina and her crew catering for the Heartwood Gathering again this year. A full meal plan includes all meals Friday dinner through to Sunday lunch and is available for purchase on the tickets page. We are also offering Saturday and Sunday lunches purchased separately if you do not need the full meal plan.
All of the meals will be buffet style and prepared to accommodate a vegan and/or gluten-free diet. We are excited to be working out of such a rich and diverse agricultural region and we aim to source all of our meals locally and sustainably; ingredients will be organic and ethically-raised whenever possible!
Daily Breakfasts will be a buffet of fresh fruit, organic yogurt, homemade granola, Free Range Eggs and a sweet or savoury Gluten Free baked-good.
Lunches will feature a range of composed salads, soups and sandwich fixings varying with the local produce available. An example of this: Roasted Spaghetti Squash Salad with Herbs and Blistered Cherry Tomatoes accompanied by a DIY (g/f) wrap with an array of roasted and fresh and pickled veggies and savoury spreads.
Dinners will again be a buffet-style spread of hearty vegan fare. This might look something like: A Soba-noodle bowl with sesame-wilted greens, grilled mushrooms, ginger, roasted tofu, carrots, and a miso sauce. (sauces and dressings will be served on the side to accommodate all)
